Forbo Marmoleum© floors with Topshield2™ & Forbo Vinyl floors both need a true neutral pH floor cleaner such as Hilway Direct Neutral Cleaner or Diversey Stride, diluted for routine and interim heavy duty floor cleaning. Both Forbo floor types can be cleaned with a mop and bucket or autoscrubber. Use a 3M Red 5100 machine pad for routine cleaning.

To help repair micro-abrasions caused by normal wear and tear on Marmoleum flooring, the flooring manufacturer says to periodically use a restorer (such as Hilway Direct Plus or Diversey Wiwax) or a spray buff, such as Hilway Direct Plus or Diversey Snapback Spray Buff.
Vinyl flooring by Forbo, including their Allura and Eternal Collections, follow much the same care as Forbo Marmoleum floors except that Spray buffing or applying a mop on restorative product is required after deep cleaning the floor. Burnishing can be done on Forbo vinyl floors if required for the restorer application.
