Protect Adura floors at home by limiting the amount of dirt and moisture that enter your home with absorbent
doormats at each entrance to your home. Use mats with non-staining backs on your Mannington Adura floor. To minimize potential staining from asphalt tracking, Mannington recommends you use a latex-based driveway sealer on your driveway. Closing curtains or blinds where extreme sunlight hits the floor will reduce floor color fading. Furniture should be supported with wide-bearing, non-staining
furniture floor protectors, at least one inch in diameter, made of non-staining material. Caster based furniture or equipment should have a minimum 3/4-inch flat surface width and be made of soft caster material that will not stain or dent the floor. Make sure any metal protectors are rust-proof or fit them with
protective furniture pads. Replace narrow dome furniture rests with wide-bearing ones made of felt to minimize denting and scratching on your Adura floor. When moving heavy furniture and/or appliances across the floor, even if the item has wheels, use strips of plywood or
felt-bottom furniture and equipment slides to protect the floor from scrapes and gouges.
