Armstrong S-495 Commercial Sealer - 5 Gallon

Armstrong Commercial Floor Sealer is a high-performance acrylic sealer for vinyl floors and other porous or well-worn resilient surfaces, including linoleum. The versatile formula creates a smooth surface that acts as a protective barrier and helps resist most common stains. Armstrong S-495 Sealer is also designed to be easy to apply, with excellent leveling properties. This product is a great base for Armstrong Commercial Floor Polish S-480 and other commercial-grade floor polishes. Each gallon covers 1,500 to 2,000 square feet per gallon per coat. Directions for use:

• Armstrong S-495 Sealer should be used in high-traffic areas with heavy soil load and staining potential.
• Apply Sealer after thoroughly cleaning or stripping the floor.
• Always apply three to five coats of Armstrong S-480 Commercial Floor Polish after applying sealer and allowing to dry.
