Mr. Eats-It FOG (Fats Oil & Grease) Remover is designed to help break down fats, oils and grease to prevent clogs and buildup, which can cause plumbing issues and environmental hazards as well slip and falls. FOG is often used in commercial settings like mechanic shops and is becoming more popular in restaurants, kitchens and industrial food preparation areas.
Directions for use: Shake well before using. For heavy contamination, use Mr. Eats-It undiluted. For less contamination, Mr. Eats-It can be diluted with water up to 3 to 1 for use in a mop bucket for daily maintenance. Shake well after mixing with water and let stand for 30 minutes prior to use. Agitation activates the cleaning process. For floors and surfaces, spray or pour Mr. Eats-It onto the contaminated area. Scrub with a brush until the area is covered and keep it moist with water. DO NOT let the area dry out. Wait 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing the residue away with clean water. Heavily contaminated areas may need to let stand for 1 to 2 hours.
